  2. I very much doubt that anyone's interested, but
  3. here is a list of the changes since v1:
  4.  
  5. * All the icons now have a better shadow, which should
  6. have really been done in v1, it looks much nicer than
  7. the old black.
  8.  
  9. * The shadows have now been properly drawn - before
  10. the light source wasnt in the correct place, thanks to
  11. Aes for teaching me how to draw correct shadows.
  12.  
  13. * The Opus logo's are now brighter, using the bright
  14. red and a slightly lighter shade of blue
  15.  
  16. * The small opus logo's now animate, the shine rotates
  17. on all of them
  18.  
  19. Opus:       Made it brighter
  20. OpusHalf:   Brighter and added the shadow which i
  21.             completely forgot last time ;]
  22. Lister:     Added the new colour scheme that i'll be
  23.             using for the all/none icons
  24. Filetypes:  Probably the best enhancement, these are
  25.             now much more relevant, showing a picture,
  26.             text and sound filetype
  27. Settings:   Brighter with colour punctuation marks
  28. DOpus:      Brighter and without the shadow
  29. Enviroment: My new globe! Much clearer than before, it
  30.             now rotates the correct way ;]
  31. Group:      Just changed the selected icon to read
  32.             `Group' rather than 'Opus' - seemed more
  33.             relevant somehow ;]
  34. Buttons:    This one is much lighter with clearer
  35.             buttons which are shaded (old ones had
  36.             black outlines)
  37. Module:     I anti-aliased the blocks (which i should
  38.             have done before;) and tweaked a couple of
  39.             them
  40. Command:    Made the hand look more 3d, the wand now
  41.             uses white and black, the rotation of the
  42.             hand is better and the 'stars' fly out
  43.             from where the wand was.

  45. I didnt think i could do better than the old set, it
  46. is interesting to put the sets side by side to see the
  47. changes. However, whilst doing other DOpus icons I did
  48. a much better globe and had an idea for the filetypes
  49. icon. So after doing those i saw improvements which
  50. could be made to all the icons and set about the work.
  51. I hope this is the last version - but i'm always keen
  52. to improve my work, so there may be another version
  53. if i do better!
